ImmunOnOne magnetic therapy device - treatment related questions

Q:  How often do I have to use the ImmunOnOne magnetic therapy device to get maximum benefit?

A:   In general the time for any treatment condition ranges from 5 - 20 minutes, 1 to 2 times a day. To gain maximum therapeutic benefit please follow the recommended treatment times as posted in the user instruction.

Q:  Can I experiment by using other treatment points not displayed in the published treatment point chart?

A:  Yes, ImmunOnOne treatments have no known side effects and can cause no harm, feel free to experiment as you wish. If you discover new treatments please let us know.

Q:  I have found another beneficial treatment while using the ISC-101. Can I share my experiences with others?

A: Immune Sentry, Ltd does not control the flow of such information. You may freely share your information with others however, until Immune Sentry verifies new treatments, we do not support or sanction any treatment not listed on our web page or within our published documentation.

Q:  Can treatments be combined?

A:  Yes, the effect of treatments is cumulative, thus treatment combinations are beneficial. 

Q: Is it important to complete a treatment session once it is started?

A: No harm can be done by stopping, restarting, or interrupting a treatment session. However, for maximum therapeutic benefit, treatment sessions should be carried out as recommended in the User Instruction.   

Product usage related questions

Q: While replacing the batteries one of the components got very hot and started to smoke. I would like to get a warranty replacement?

A: Ouch, smoking components are a sign of a serious problem. The only way this can happen is if the batteries were installed in reverse direction. The warranty does not cover this problem, be sure to follow the battery replacement instructions found in the User Instruction.

Q: Two of the lights on the Self-Healer do not appear to be working, the green one comes on but the other 2 do not?

A: The two lights (LEDs) that appear not to be working produce infra-red light. Infra-red is not in the visual spectrum of light therefore we cannot see the emitted light. These LEDs have a very low failure rate and in this device are used in a favorable environment.  If the green LED is working you can rest assured the infra-red lights are working as well.

Q: On several occasions the ImmunOnOne did not turn on when I pressed the On/Off button?

A: Yes this can happen if the On/Off button is not depressed and held down for approximately ¾ sec. This is as designed to help prevent accidental power cycling when in use. To ensure the device turns on press and hold the On/Off button until you see the green LED begin to blink.

Q:  Is this instrument an experimental device?

A:  We have experimented and tested all the therapies that we advocate for the ImmunOnOne magnetic therapy device.  Although we have strong evidence of our beliefs the modern medical society does not support our findings. Until the medical community fully endorses magnetic therapy the ImmunOnOne shall be considered as an experimental device. Please read the product Warnings before using the ImmunOnOne Self Healer. 

Q: Is it safe to use the ImmunOnOne in the shower?

A: No, the ImmunOnOne is not a waterproof device. Any damaged caused by exposing the device to any type of liquid is not covered by the warranty. As a general practice, electronic devices should not be used while bathing, showering, or when in high humidity conditions. 

Q: I installed rechargeable batteries in the ImmunOnOne but it did not work very well?

A: Rechargeable batteries cannot be used. The ImmunOnOne requires Alkaline AAA 1.5V type batteries. The output voltage of rechargeable batteries is 1.2V which is insufficient to drive the circuitry of the ImmunOnOne.  

Q: How powerful is the magnetic field emitted by the ImmunOnOne?

A: The ImmunOnOne emits a pulsed magnetic field which rotates in a circular motion around the LEDs. This is different from a static magnetic field coming from an iron or alloy core magnet. The actual strength of the field is very low but comparable to the magnetic field strength that surrounds the earth.
